You can make payment through our payment gateway partner, SenangPay, or other form of payment methods found in our website. Please submit payment slip to sales@brigadecrew.com if you choose to make payment via online transfer, cash deposit, cheque deposit or ATM transfer without using the payment gateway to avoid order delay.

We will use Poslaju to deliver your orders for small items. Here are the rates :

For parcels, we will use CITYLINK Express (M) SDN BHD / SKYNET. Do call us for the shipping rates.

 

If everything runs smoothly, you will get your item within 7 working days.

If you still did not receive your item after that, do give us a call or track your orders here by entering the parcel tracking code that we provided you.

We ship within Malaysia only for now.

Do call us first at 012-942-1904 (Eddy)  before you come to pick-up at our office during weekdays.
